This is a very relaxing hotel, no doubt. We enjoyed the adults-only side, it was peaceful, and the staff? Always there but never intrusive.

The meals were exceptional at the French restaurant. Our breakfast experience at the Market Café was fantastic. Service was top-notch, especially from ARAEL and ABRAHAM. Hector and Victor provided great assistance. The view from the Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View King was stunning. 🌅

The dining experience at the French restaurant surpassed expectations, with a delightful atmosphere and extraordinary presentation. The junior suite offered a breathtaking mountain view, making mornings feel special. Housekeeping maintained an excellent level of cleanliness throughout the property, which did not go unnoticed. I loved relaxing by the pool, especially with the tranquil environment that the garden views provided.

The lobby staff check in felt inflexible and unresponsive to our needs.
